Breakfast:

-2 sliced strawberries w/ Stevia (10)
-1 Buttered Popcorn Rice cake (35)

Aerobic Work out(small)  -117

[4:43pm]
Late Lunch:
- Ana Soup (69)

= 55

[5:00pm]
Surprise treat from Boyfriend.
- Sugar Free Iced Chai ( 61)

= 116

[7:57pm]
Dinner:
-1 Blueberry Bagel (260)

= 376 

[1:00am]-(meds)
- Small plate of Meatloaf (?) - Probably about 400-500.

= Not sure but I know I stayed under 1000
